customization of the SHARING STATION

The Birdie Booth was accompanied by a separate sharing station branded with instructions and example photos.

This gave guests a chance to see what type of pictures and poses they would be getting and let them know before they took the photos that they would be able to share them to Social Media following their session.

CUSTOMIZATION OF THE PHOTOS

If guests chose to get a printed copy in addition to their digitally shared photo, it was branded with the event and sponsor logos. The square, individual photo style gave ample clean space for branding and was eye catching.

CUSTOM BACKDROP

The backdrop was designed to compliment the sponsor logo on the prints and the colors of the event. A clean, attractive solid colored backdrop is a great option for headshot style photos and makes a great social media avatar image.

CONCLUSIONS: The Social Media Headshot Photo Booth was a popular booth for sharing individual images to social media. It was intended to give guests a fresh, clear, bright new social media profile image but the booth could also be used to quickly get Social Media ready employee images for sharing on a corporate Facebook or Instagram page or for an “About” section. Multiple solid colored backdrop options and a full day activation could make for a fun addition to an employee break. Guests are welcome to take photos in groups as well as individually and several opted for that in addition to their head shot.
